 Rex the Wonderhorse - Vaulting & Tricks

Rex is Colleen's young horse...a truly wonderful 16.1hh holsteiner, with the hugest natural passage in the paddock.

He is only young and trained to Prelim Dressage, and is the current 'horse in training' for the Vaulting Victoria team.  

Rex has just done his first shows, and was so quiet and wonderfully behaved.   We are looking forward to the vaulters being able to do demonstrations at your clubs in 2007.

 Patch the Wonderdog

Our trained trick dog, Patch, is well known for her shows, charity events & visiting schools.

Patch comes to a lot of clinics to show how animals - including horses - can be fully trained using reward.

She does some pretty remarkable tricks, not to hand signals, but to language. 

It is uncanny what she can understand.  She makes her own bed, and has trained many young kids how to be nice to animals.

 Chester

Chester is a preliminary/novice dressage horse, and a very valued and loved member of the family that we use for visitors.  He is safe, trustworthy, and very confidence-building.

Chester is a totally genuine, lovely horse that you can ride in lessons with us when we're in Melbourne.

Ridden here by Scholarship winner Liana from Tasmania, you can see his lovely flowing outline, and easy riding style.  He is simple to ride and trained to Novice Dressage.

 Shay

EVERYBODY LOVES SHAY

Shay was a true problem horse sent to us.  He came to us as one of our 'naughty boys' and look at him now...doing trick riding with the kids, and standing in as the vaulting horse for our vaulters.

He is a loved and valued member of our family.

He has taught so many people how to ride, and how to love horses, and he's Hawkeye's very best friend (except when there's McDonalds hamburgers involved - Hawkeye wins that one!).

He will get your confidence back, yet show you how light and easy riding can really be.
